A keen knowledge of business combined with a solid technical foundation acquired as a graduate of NAIT's CST program, John works to find practical technology solutions that achieves business goals, improves day-to-day operations and align with the client's long term strategic objectives.

John achieves outstanding results for clients by ensuring that their needs are intimately understood, whether that be increasing sales, developing new marketing channels, building brand, expanding to new markets or improving communications.

Bryan is a seasoned technology development leader with over 10 years experience managing the development of large, complex software solutions. Bryan uses well established leadership and communication skills to set the vision and guide project teams to successfully release high quality solutions. His experience across the spectrum of software engineering practices and his abilities as an Umbraco Certified Developer provides valuable support that enables our team to deliver high value throughout the complete development life-cycle.

After graduating from Electronic Engineering Technology in NAIT, Terence made a switch into web application development. Terence is also a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and has a wide variety of skills which include database design, project management, .NET web development, and online payment processing. Terence is mainly involved with web development, database design, time estimations and risk assessments. Terence also holds a MCTS designation (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Application Development.

Tom is a seasoned web developer who brings a rounded skill set of technology prowess, graphic arts and new media to his work. While affluent in code and database languages, he also has a keen interest in advancing web technologies and leverages his experience and skill in developing creative and robust web applications. Tom brings over 15 years of experience delivering business solutions to our team and is also an Umbraco Certified Developer. He also has a particular interest in optimizing applications for mobile environments and leveraging new technologies with legacy systems.

His focus is on understanding the development needs of our clients to ensure that he builds robust and user-friendly online solutions that meet those needs.

As a certified Umbraco developer with over 7 years of web development experience, Eric uses his passion to finding simple and elegant solutions as a catalyst in resolving complex problems for our clients.

Nhi Man graduated with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Computing Science from the University of Alberta. In addition to her post secondary education at the U of A, she has achieved status as an Umbraco Certified Developer as well as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists (MCTS). Nhi Man has extensive experience focused on web solution development and systems analysis and has earned a reputation for producing solutions that exceed customer expectations while remaining user friendly to end users.

With a diploma in Computer Engineering Technology, James is a young graduate with a resume that suggests otherwise. Having worked for companies like TTG Systems, Dell Inc., and Haysbridge Music Group London, his skills range from technical support and troubleshooting, to developing completely new online solutions.

Since joining the Redengine team his talent for .NET developing has made him a crucial asset, though it's his desire for continual learning that really sets James apart.

New to the Redengine family, Matthew is an experienced web developer with an aptitude for creating interactive games and videos. A graduate of the Alberta College of Art & Design and the Arts Institute of Burnaby, he is not only proficient in writing computer code, but also composing sound effects and producing graphics.

With experience ranging from scoring local films to developing interactive websites, Willox is a recent but impressive contributor. He uses his leadership skills and creative tendencies to enrich each project, staying client-focused and user-oriented. Redengine enthusiastically welcomes him aboard.

Her formal training in usability through the Neilson Norman Group and her extensive communication education and experience enable her to execute effective research, strategic planning and marketing initiatives in the pursuit of enhanced client and corporate relationships.
