ANTECH Diagnostics Online

Antech Diagnostics is the largest veterinary diagnostic provider in the United States, with a network of laboratories that spans the continent. Antech provides daily service to over 12,000 animal hospitals, zoos and government agencies worldwide.

As you might suspect, managing quality and training in such a large, distributed organization is a serious challenge. Antech came to Redengine with a need for a comprehensive Learning Management System that would help them provide ongoing training, track employee progress, and ensure that staff acquires critical knowledge.

Our very own Redengine Online Platform provides the backbone for the solution. This comprehensive Content Management System offers Antech great flexibility for not only adding content, but for altering the site's navigational structure. Site administrators can easily add, edit or delete multi-page training modules, upload videos, and create new site sections as required. Redengine also integrated QuestionMark Perception, which allows Antech to test employees on required learning modules. Finally, we built a reporting suite that tracks employees as they view modules and complete online testing.

Antech has a complete Learning Management System that provides incredible flexibility and control, along with powerful assessment, tracking, and reporting tools. Administrators can upload training materials; assign specific components to specific employees; track whether the employee has viewed the material and how much time they've spent with it; access test results; and run concise reports that provide critical information for effective management of staff.
