Tom Ogaranko (BA, LLB) is CEO and co-founder of Redengine. Tom
has participated in the formation of 5 companies, 2 government
agencies and 1 government Ministry. Tom brings a proven track
record of success to his role as CEO. With Tom's active leadership,
Redengine has been recognized as one of Canada's fastest growing
companies in 2003 and 2004 (Profit 100) and one of the fastest
growing companies in Alberta in 2002 and 2001 (Alberta Venture).
Tom is quite active in the local and provincial ICT industry and is
a frequent speaker on topics related to innovation and industry
development as well as information and knowledge management.

background in computing science, project management and business
administration give him a unique and broad perspective. His deep
understanding of IT has helped him to streamline Redengine's

and communications experience to Redengine and our clients. She
shares her experience with our clients by developing comprehensive,
integrated marketing communications plans. Max has also shared her
knowledge by teaching at many educational facilities.

Chris Farthing (M.Ed.) is an enthusiastic, results focused
information and communications technology management professional.
He has a proven track record in yielding results through research,
planning, facilitation, training and motivating clients while
leveraging partnerships with stakeholders and vendors.
Chris has extensive experience as a Government of Alberta CIO,
as a client partner with a major IT research company and as a
senior executive in two major school districts in Alberta. Chris
has successfully managed teams of educational and technical
professionals in both public and business sector environments,
within school divisions and government ministries.
